Our Terms and Conditions

1.Free initial assessment:
We will provide a free initial e-mail or verbal assessment of your proposed application.

2.Payment terms
Once you have requested that we take on your application, we will invoice for 50% of the agreed fee on acceptance of your commission. We will invoice for a further 25% of the agreed fee when we forward two completed copies of your application and the remaining 25% will be invoiced once you have been advised an interview date by the Visa Department of the US Embassy in London.

3.Fixed fees
We will provide you with a fixed quotation for the provision of our application services and will honour our quote even if the application takes longer to deal with than initially expected.

4.Your obligation
By instructing us to make an application, you accept and agree to:

a)undertake to forward to us the agreed, non-returnable commission sums by return
b)undertake to forward any payments that may be required to progress the application
c)You also understand that if you wish to withdraw the application at any time after commission fees already paid will not be returned

5.Our obligation
We will successfully process your application, and will return any monies paid to us unless:

a)You withdraw the application before submission
b)You fail to provide any information, documentation or other material requested by us
c)You provide us with any false or misleading information, documentation or material from any source for your application
d)Your application is refused following a personal interview at the US Embassy in London
e)You act against our advice or fail to follow our recommendations
f)You undertake to comply with and obey any and all immigration, employment or other regulations, restrictions or codes of conduct pertaining to your application.
g)You agree not to make us liable for any loss or damage of any description arising from the failure or delay in approval of any application made

6.Timescale
Unless agreed to the contrary by us in writing, time shall not be a factor in judging our performance. You understand and accept that any time estimates for the processing of any application that we may give you is not binding or definite, in any way.
